Founded in 1994, Aksesori Setia, Sdn. Bhd commenced operation with the production of single extension drawer runner system. To date, the company offers a wide range of drawer runner systems including IMPAZ Drawer Systems, with multiple heights and applications to serve the needs of furniture manufacturers ranging from industrial enterprises to family-run cabinetmaker's shop.

Advance technology is employed through the use of sophisticated Computer Aided Design workstation. The strip layout of each part is produced on the workstation and is used as the guiding point for tooling construction. Simultaneously, it controls the high-technology machines in the Tooling Department.

The Tooling Department employs high technology machine, CNC EDM Wire Cut and CNC Machining Center to create modern and high precision progressive die of rigorous standard. The stringent requirement of the progressive tooling demands that these high tech machines are operated by qualified and exsperienced personnel with specialized knowledge in this field.

All harn's drawer runner systems are manufactured to the highest quality level. Fully automated production facilities operate at high precision ensure that product uniformity and consistency in high quality can be achieved at all times.



Aksesori Setia recognizes the importance of the drawer runner system rolling mechanism to ensure that low running forces and ultra smooth actions can be attained even when loaded. Each roller is fitted with a washer to achieve that objective. At our Riveting Department, state of the art riveting machines are utilized to produce completed roller with consistent, high and uniform quality.

Systematic packing technique whether for set packing or industrial packing is employed to reduce turnaround time and minimize human error.
